Based at the administration centre in Driffield, Simon is the partner charge of Auction House for Dee Atkinson & Harrison. With over 25 years experience in the property industry within the region, his depth of knowledge is such that you can always be assured of the best advice.

Based at the Beverley office, Adrian is an experienced valuer and auctioneer. Having trained as an apprentice from leaving school, he has always worked in the East Yorkshire region and this 30 years of experience in Surveying and Estate Agency gives him a vast professional knowledge that can be applied to any situation.

Martin is in charge of the Hull branch which is situated in Hessle. Having spent a decade working in the area and having recently past the final stage of qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Martin has attained a level of knowledge that can be applied to give the best possible advice on the disposal of any property.

Based in Driffield, David is an experienced and charismatic auctioneer of Land and property, chattels, livestock and machinery.

Zoe is based at the administration centre in Driffield and is responsible for compiling the auction catalogues, legal packs and placing the auction adverts.

Also based in the Driffield Administration centre, Sarah has helped to develop and promote the Auctionhouse brand in the region and is also responsible for the setting up and smooth running of the auction nights, liason with solicitors on post auction sales and the client support and updating throughout the marketing and sale process.
