Drewery & Wheeldon, established in 1879, has a long and proud history of involvement in Auctions through our agricultural division, property division and furniture saleroom. For over one hundred years we have been auctioning Livestock & Chattels, Farmsteads, Land and Properties. As a family business we have developed an excellent reputation throughout Lincolnshire, North Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire for offering a wide range of professional advice and strong personal service in the sale of all types of property and land. As the first member to join the Auction House network, we held our first auction in July 2007 under our new banner Auction House Drewery & Wheeldon and since then have experienced increased success. We offer at auction a wide variety of property types covering the residential, land, commercial, investment and agricultural sectors. Many are vacant for improvement, others tenanted or for development. Drewery & Wheeldon offer a wide range of professional services and advice as Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Lettings Management alongside our national asset disposal company Moody Asset Valuers & Auctioneers.
