Auction House East Kent is run by progressive award-winning estate agents Miles & Barr who have high market share coverage in the Thanet, Dover and Canterbury Council areas. We auction a wide range of residential and commercial lots, plus land and investments. We can sell for private individuals, companies, solicitors and other professionals plus a number of public authorities. We also operate Residential Sales and Lettings through networked offices and have an expanding Financial Services business too. Our Auctions operation covers the easten half of Kent, from Faversham, Ashford and Hythe accross to the Isle of Thanet, and our branch offices assist with valuations and viewings. The Auctions team is led personally by founding partner Stuart Barr.
