Without doubt Auction House is the county’s fastest growing auctioneer and this year’s performance underlines this emphatically.

In the period Jan – December 2011 we sold 1870 lots, raised £170million at an impressive 82% success rate. By comparison the latest quarterly ‘all auctions’ average reported by EIG is a disappointing 71%. In addition this year’s results are a massive 67% up on our 2010 figures.

Whilst this collective performance is hugely impressive there have also been some spectacular individual national results too – we have delivered a 100% result on five occasions this year and two thirds of our events have delivered at 80% plus.

The Auction House formula has worked incredibly well, as a result we will be holding a record number of 150+ auctions throughout 2012.
