Carol joined Auction House Tees Valley when it was formed in May 2009.She has helped to develop and promote the Auctionhouse brand in the region and is responsible for the setting up and smooth running of the auction nights, liason with solicitors post auction sales and the client support and updating throughout the marketing and sale process.

Jim joined Auction House Tees Valley as Business Development Manager in September 2011. He retired from a 34 year career in Town Planning in February 2011. He was awarded an MBE for services to housing in the North East in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list in June 2011. Before retirement he was Director of Tees Valley Living for eight years. Prior to that he held the posts of Regional Planner for the North of England with the Home Builders Federation and Assistant Head of Planning and Transportation with Newcastle City Council. He is currently a Board member of the Tees Valley Housing Association and a former member of the North East Regional Housing Board Executive and Housing Forum. The MBE investiture was held in Buckingham Palace on 6th December 2011.
